ANA InterContinental Tokyo is one of our hotel clients for whom we provide the full in-house Sound, Lighting, and AV engineering services. ONESTEP is taking care of all AV needs for the ANA InterContinental Tokyo’s twenty-two unique spaces, including a 2,000 capacity, elegant Japanese banquet hall as one of Tokyo’s premiere gathering spaces.

We are the AVL (Audio, Visual & Lighting) technical production team behind the scenes at hotel properties, where permanent equipment, temporary installations, and content all come together as parts of one living ecosystem. We inspect, maintain, and repair the permanent equipment we provide to keep every component performing flawlessly, while also designing custom temporary equipment, installations, and content tailored to each client's unique needs, and offering ballroom renovation consulting — weaving every element together through our daily operations, to which we devote ourselves wholeheartedly. We spare no effort to ensure that facility, equipment, and content function as a single, organic ecosystem — fully realizing our clients' vision at every partner venue we serve.

Corporate Events
There are many events held at hotels and event Halls daily but each one is uniquely different. As your hotel’s in-house event specialist, our staff will ensure the quality of the service you promise to your customers. We are available for site visits, venue selections, planning meetings, preparation of cost estimates, and can offer expert advice to your clients. On-site, we provide fully seamless event services to include creative space design, high-tech sound, lighting and AV engineering services, and customized entertainment services.
