Our Approach to Sustainability
 
Across our business — including AVL equipment design and installation, LED display, projection, SR (sound Reinforcement) and PA (Public Address) systems, audio and lighting system design and construction, and video content production — we pursue procurement and business operations that give due consideration to environmental, social, and economic sustainability, not merely economic rationality.
In recent years, organizers of major international events and expositions have increasingly established their own codes of sustainable procurement governing the goods and services they procure.  As a matter of policy, we work to understand the intent of such client and organizer procurement standards and to maintain the internal systems needed to respond to them appropriately.
 
1. Basic Policy
We contribute to a sustainable society by reducing environmental impact, giving due consideration to human rights and working conditions, and practicing fair trading. Where a client or organizer requires compliance with a specific sustainability-related procurement code, we review its contents in advance and complete any necessary commitments, reporting, or other procedures.

Legal Compliance	We comply with applicable domestic and international laws and international norms relevant to AVL and video production, including electrical safety, radio law, and copyright law.
Environment	We use LED lighting and energy-efficient display equipment, promote resource circulation (3R + Renewable) through equipment reuse and rental, reduce paper use and transport impact through electronic delivery of video data, and thoroughly reuse and sort temporary decoration materials for waste reduction.
Human Rights & Labor	We respect the human rights of on-site staff and partner-company staff, maintain systems that prohibit harassment and discrimination, and ensure occupational health and safety management for setup and teardown work, proper labor management, and prevention of excessive working hours.
Economy	We contract with partner companies under fair trading practices and give consideration to securing business opportunities for local companies.
Material Selection	When procuring printed materials (paper), wood-based materials, or ornamental plants for venue decoration and construction, we confirm certification status (e.g., FSC, PEFC, SGEC, GLOBALG.A.P.) and compliance with relevant laws in the country of production, and prioritize materials that reflect due consideration for sustainability.

 
3. Engagement with Our Supply Chain
We share this approach with our partner companies, including equipment rental companies, installation subcontractors, and external video production staff, and request their cooperation through training and specifications included in our orders.
 
4. Record-Keeping and Disclosure
We record and retain information on the status of the above initiatives and will disclose and explain it to clients and organizers upon request.
